"So glad I snagged a limited piece"
I ordered from ashleynicholedesigns.com after noticing one of the limited edition items was somehow still available. I was surprised I managed to get it before it sold out, since pieces like that usually seem to disappear so quickly.

Checkout was simple and my order arrived without any issues. If anything, I was a little nervous the limited design might feel too bold in person, but it actually feels special without being over the top. I’m really happy I grabbed it when I did.

I really liked the designs, they were and exactly the style I was looking for. But I was already a bit stressed when I reached out, and the slow replies from customer support made it more frustrating. I had to message twice just to get a simple answer, which was disappointing.

"Refund process felt unnecessarily slow"
I ordered from ashleynicholedesigns.com and ended up needing a refund because there was an issue with my order. To be fair, they did respond, but the whole refund process dragged on way longer than it should have. I had to follow up more than once, and there wasn’t much clarity about what was happening. It did finally come through, but I feel like if a company takes someone’s money, they should also make fixing problems a priority. The delay just left a bad impression.

I was browsing through the site the other night after dinner, mostly just killing time, and I did think a lot of the designs were really cute. Everything was easy to look through too, which I appreciated. The only thing is the selection felt a little limited, and I kept expecting there to be more styles or options as I clicked around. It’s definitely not bad at all, I just wish there was a bit more variety to choose from.

I picked this up as a little gift, and it was cute enough, so I can’t complain too much. That said, it was definitely smaller than I expected, which might be on me for not checking the size better. Still, it worked fine for what I needed.

I ordered a custom design, and when it showed up, a few things just weren’t quite right. The colors looked kinda different than I expected, and one of the names was spelled wrong. Shipping was okay and got here fine, but I ended up having to reach out about getting it fixed. Just a bit frustrating since I know I double checked everything before placing the order.

The fit was close, just not quite perfect. It felt comfortable when I first put it on, but after wearing it for a few hours it started to feel a little tight. It’s not terrible, but I’d be hesitant to risk buying another one and ending up with something I don’t really want to wear much.

My order from ashleynicholedesigns.com showed up packed nicely, honestly. Everything inside was totally fine, which is what matters most, but the outer mailer did have a small bend in it. I noticed it right away and was like, oh no, but then I opened it and nothing was damaged, so it ended up not being a big deal. Overall it looked really cute and neat, I just wish the package felt a little sturdier. Probably would’ve been 5 stars for me if it had

"Colors matched really well"
I was a little worried the colors might look different once I saw them in person, but they were pretty much what I expected from the photos online. That made it way easier to match everything with my room without having to guess or return anything. Really happy with how it all turned out.

"They got my custom order just right"
I ordered a custom design they nailed it. The colors were exactly what I asked for, the name was spelled right, and I didn’t have to go back and forth a million times to explain things. I’ll admit, if it had come out wrong I probably would’ve just taken my future orders somewhere else, but this was done so well that I’m really happy with it.

I don’t know why, but checking out was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I tried placing my order and the page kept acting weird, so it took a few tries to get through. The shipping info didn’t load right at first, and for a minute I wasn’t even sure if my payment had gone through. The items are really cute, but the actual buying process definitely wasn’t smooth.

I had a smooth time using ashleynicholedesigns.com. The pages loaded fast for me, and I wasn’t sitting there clicking all over the place trying to find what I needed. It was all straightforward, which I liked.
